The world's first BBQ & Speedway!On June 28, 2025 in Krško!
As part of the municipal holiday and in cooperation with AMD Krško, we are organizing a big all-day BBQ & Speedway event!
We will combine
international competitions in steak, burger (SCA) and pizza (SBPC) cooking, and a large international Speedway competition for the Golden Sign of the Municipality of Krško and the Franc Babič Cup!
As far as we have checked, it is the first such event in the world! This year, the Golden Badge of the Municipality of Krško will be celebrating its respectable 40th anniversary, SCA will be in Slovenia for the 4th year in a row, and SBPC for the 2nd year, so you can expect a real spectacle!
The venue will open for visitors at 12:00, in addition to top international competitions (the current European SCA champions and the Slovenian champion have already confirmed their appearance), we will also prepare a large playground for children, a BBQ market, several providers of top-quality food (pizzas, BBQ, burgers, kebabs, beans, sandwiches, …), and several providers of drinks and craft beer.
To make the whole day fun, there will also be a rich raffle, where every ticket will be a winner, and the best prizes will be a bicycle, a pizza oven and even a ceramic grill!
You definitely should not miss the highlight of the day, the big Speedway race, which will start at 19:00.
